Mediation could be the answer. Our independent experts don't take sides; they help find a long-term solution that suits everyone.
How it works
We'll meet you on your own, and then meet with your colleague to identify the main issues. Then we'll get everyone together to reach an agreement. We make sure everyone has their say and is taken seriously. We help people see how their actions can affect others, and work towards a solution.
How to get our help
The employer needs to pay for our service, but it's free for the staff involved in the dispute.
We can only take the case if your employer requests our service. Contact your manager or Human Resources department; ask them if they are prepared to use our service, and to contact us.
