Manchester’s Great Hall will be filled with song on Thursday December 6 as the Lord Mayor of Manchester, Councillor Glynn Evans, invites visitors to bring in the Christmas cheer.
The annual Carol Concert is free of charge and a wonderful way to prepare for Christmas. This year, Canon Robin Gamble, will introduce the concert. Carols will be performed by Manchester Voluntary Choir sopranos and trebles and Manchester Girls' Junior Singers who will be accompanied by the North West District Centre Brass Band.
Tea, coffee and mince pies will be served on the evening, which runs from 7pm to 8pm.
