Saturday 15th December will see Christmas come to Central Library with a day of music and fun.
The event hosted for the first time last year, originally as a one off proved to be such a huge success that it's back by popular demand.
Local choirs will provide the music, while children can get involved with crafts throughout the afternoon, making Christmas shakers, cards, hats and decorations.
So, if you need a break from the madness of Market Street, wonderful music for all ages to put you in the mood for Christmas and the odd mince pie, Central Library is the place to be.
The event is free and will take place on the second floor in the Arts and Music Library with live music from 11.15am, Children's activities from 12.00pm -3.30pm.
Councillor Mike Kane, Executive Member for Arts and Leisure said: "This event provides the perfect opportunity to take a well earned rest from Christmas shopping. There's lots of fun entertainment which children and adults alike will enjoy."
