New East Manchester unveils one-stop-shop information point

A new website designed to be a one-stop-shop for anyone wanting information on East Manchester has been launched by urban regeneration company New East Manchester.

In three parts, http://www.east-manchester.com/ features easy to navigate sections for companies interested in moving to the area, potential new residents and those wanting to visit. This definitive online guide highlights all of the area's key business locations, includes residential information on nine neighbourhoods, a property search and offers a comprehensive attraction and events listing. Visitors to the website can also get first hand views on what it's like to live, work or set up a business in the area from people who have relocated to East Manchester.

Packed with facts and figures, maps and hundreds of images, the new website has been built by Manchester web design agency Code Computerlove. 

Eddie Smith, Chief Executive of New East Manchester, who commissioned the new website, said: "This website is a new departure for us. It's the first time we've created an information tool that is specifically targeted at people wanting find out about East Manchester who don't know the area already.
