But you can use a paper claim form instead. Contact our Benefits Service : see 'To get a claim form'. You need to fill in a paper claim form instead of claiming online if you:

• are a full-time student;
• want to claim Second Adult Rebate only;
• want to claim education benefits (free school meals and secondary-school clothing grants) only.

The application is quite detailed, and it's important that you fill it in completely and accurately - if you get things wrong it will take longer to sort out your claim.
