  • See an advisor at our Customer Service Centre in the city centre or at an office near you. You need to make an appointment to do this.
    The Customer Service Centre is at Number One First Street (junction of Whitworth Street West and Albion Street) in the city centre. 

To get a claim form

  • Claim on our online benefit claim and calculator. This is the quickest way to get your claim going. 
  • Phone 0161 219 6100 and ask us to send you a claim form.
  • Pick up a claim form from your local library, from our Customer Service Centre (see above) or by calling at a reception point in your local area. You don't need an appointment to do this.
