To collect a claim form or to hand in filled-in claim forms and get supporting evidence checked and copied, call at the following offices. But if you want to hand in forms and get your evidence checked at Eastlands Homes' Belle Vue House office or Cornbrook House office and you are not an Eastlands tenant, you will need to make an appointment (see below).

You will get a receipt for your filled-in form.
