Service Outline
Social Care Services can be accessed via the Contact Service for Social Care on 0161 255 8250.
To send us a fax, use 0161 255 8266.
The Contact Service provides a SMS text message service for enquiries, concerns or for help and advice. Text us on 07860 003160.
Outside office hours, the number is staffed by the Emergency Duty Social Work Service.
You can refer yourself, or another person, or you can use it to tell us if you are concerned about the mistreatment of a child or a vulnerable adult.
You can also use it to report a hate crime.
