Ward co-ordination, plans and newsletters

Service Outline

Ward Plans are three year strategic plans that take into account the main issues that affect the ward and address the contribution that relevant public services can make in addressing these. The key objectives, targets and priorities in the ward plan are reviewed annually.

Ward newsletters are sent to residents four times a year and provide residents with local news, events, and how to contact Council services. These newsletters help you decide how we are doing and invite your responses and comments on our services.

Ward Co-ordination We are working hard to deliver services tailored to local areas. To do this, each ward has a Ward Co-ordinator and Ward Co-ordination Support Officer, whose role it is to help improve Council and other public services for the benefit of local people.
