If you need help to apply online, we can help.
Libraries have regular Digital Drop-in Sessions. Staff have mobile devices they use to help you apply. They can even help to take and upload a photograph. Use the list of libraries to find information on the days and times of sessions.

If you have a device, but no data
Our digital inclusion team can help. If you want to get online but are struggling to pay for WiFi, we can provide you with a free SIM and dongle. So you can have internet in your home for six to twelve months.
