We’re planning to make the skatepark under the Mancunian Way bigger and better, so more people can use it and enjoy it. The new space would be safer, easier to learn in, and suitable for different types of wheels such as skateboards, scooters and bikes. We want it to be a fun place where young people of all abilities feel welcome, can be active, and can spend time with friends.
We’d like to hear from everyone – whether you already use the skatepark, might use it in the future, or live nearby and want to share your views.
Taking part in this survey means you can:
- Help shape the design of the skatepark so it meets the needs of local people
- Have a say in how the space is used and how it fits into the local area
- Influence decisions that affect young people, families and the wider community
- Make sure local views are considered before any plans are finalised
