Let us know about a change in tenancy for multiple properties
If you need to report tenancy changes at five or more properties, you can do this all at once using our downloadable spreadsheet.
If you use a different spreadsheet than the one provided, changes to your account may be delayed.
If you need to report tenancy changes at less than five properties, you should report these individually using the single change of tenancy form.
Instructions for using the spreadsheet
There is no upper limit to the number of changes you can tell us about with this spreadsheet.

- Name your spreadsheet as follows: Company name_yyyymmdd
- For example, if you are AAA Housing, name the spreadsheet 'AAAHousing_20241114'
- Send your completed spreadsheet to landlordmultipletenancychange@manchester.gov.uk
- The email subject should be 'Multiple tenancy change submission [company/organisation name]'
