If you are working as a foreign language assistant, you may be entitled to a reduction in your council tax.
To qualify
You must:
- be registered with the British Council as a foreign language assistant
- work as a foreign language assistant at a school, college or other educational institution.

- a letter confirming your employment as a foreign language assistant. It must include the name and address of the school or college where you work.
