  5. About this library

    Manchester’s most diverse and bustling neighbourhood deserves a library to match. So if your morning paper is in Bangla or Urdu, we’ve got it. If you like your picture books in Polish, we have some. If you like your fiction in Farsi, we’ve got that too.

    Upstairs we’ve got Adult Education classes to get you from beginner-level computing to vocational teaching assistant, and from Workclub Plus to Reading for Pleasure.

    Computer access within the library will shut down 15 minutes before the library closes.

    • Monday: 9am-8pm
    • Tuesday: 9am-8pm
    • Wednesday: 9am-5pm
    • Thursday: 9am-5pm
    • Friday: closed
    • Saturday: 9am-1pm; 2-5pm
    • Bank holidays we are closed.
