Market stalls - change of registered details

    Where the details you have registered with us change, you must provide notification within 14 days of the changes.

    Where you have an occupancy agreement with us or are registered on the Specialist Markets trader database and wish to change the agreed goods and services, you must apply for and receive permission in advance of making any change.

    None for the application however market occupancy charges will apply.

  5. Attachments required

    a) Proof of identity (passport, driving licence, photo identity card); b) Proof of address (financial statement, utility bill or TV licence, insurance certificate, government agency document, uk driving licence, addressed payslip); c) Public Liability Insurance policy document or NMTF membership card; d) Certificate of registration with Environmental Health Department for a food business establishment; e) Certificate of registration with Trading Standards Service for a dealer in second-hand goods; f) Vehicle insurance policy document; g) MOT certificate; h) Vehicle registration certificate Goods Vehicle Operations Licence.

  6. Processing and timescales

    The approval of the application will take a maximum 14 days.

    Where required, arrangements will be made for a revised occupancy agreement or casual registration identity card to be issued within 14 days thereafter. However, changes to lease agreements may take longer.
