Reform Radio

Reform Radio is broadcasting the best in music, arts and culture live from Manchester to the World.Reform Radio uses its online station to provide an exciting and alternative method of working with young Mancunians looking for employment. We offer employment focused creative workshops in house, across Greater Manchester and throughout the North West to improve skill sets and raise aspirations.

Through delivery of these programmes, we are able to offer young adults unique opportunities to work alongside some of Manchester’s most respected DJs, artists and organisations meaning their projects have deadlines, roles and responsibilities that really echo what they’ll experience in the working world. The relationship doesn’t end when the project does, once you work with Reform, you’re part of a team, supporting the next generation; and so it goes around.

We offer 1-1 support to assist with searches and applications for education, volunteering and employment opportunities; as well as access to Reform’s Employability Projects to build confidence, learn digital and creative skills. Our Pastoral Lead, Jade, can assist with CV, cover letter writing and interview preparation; as well as any other barriers young people may be facing towards gaining employment. We are also a Kickstart Scheme gateway company who have a number of 6-month paid placements for young people to sign up to.
