Things You Cannot Sell, Store or Display on our Markets

  1. Standards information

    1. You are not allowed to sell certain things on our markets. If found selling these, you will be required to remove them from the market immediately, and we will also take appropriate enforcement action. 
    2. Items you cannot sell include: 
      1. counterfeit or fake goods 
      2. TV streaming boxes 
      3. anything related to drugs, medicines, or legal highs 
      4. any kind of weapon or ammunition, including ornaments 
      5. explosives, including fireworks 
      6. motorised off-road vehicles and hoverboards 
      7. pornography 
      8. accident and injury compensation claim services 
      9. clothing that represents or promotes gangs, violence, drugs, or guns 
      10. fur products and accessories 
      11. the retail sale of live animals, including those given away as prizes.
