Things You Cannot Sell, Store or Display on our Markets

  1. Standards information

    1. You are not allowed to bring certain things onto our markets to sell, store or display. If found with these, you will be required to remove them from the market immediately, and we will also take appropriate enforcement action
    2. Items you cannot sell, store or display include: 
      1. counterfeit or fake goods, and anything that would be deemed to infringe any trademark 
      2. TV streaming boxes 
      3. except for licensed pharmacies, anything related to drugs and medicines
      4. anything related to legal highs
      5. any kind of weapon or ammunition, including ornaments 
      6. explosives, including fireworks 
      7. motorised off-road vehicles and hoverboards 
      8. pornography 
      9. accident and injury compensation claim services 
      10. products and services, including but not limited to clothing, that represents or promotes gangs, violence, drugs, or guns 
      11. fur products and accessories 
      12. the retail sale of live animals, including those given away as prizes.
