At both Blackley Cemetery and Southern Cemetery the plaques are initially for a period of ten years, with an option to renew.

The plaques can have an inscription of your choice and a ceramic photograph, badge and/or regiment emblem can also be added

- £494 - plus inscription for 10 years and £362 renewal after 10 years
