Video applications - what you need to know
In your video, you should tell us about:
- The purpose of your group or organisation (please note this question is not scored)
- The event or activity you would like to deliver. Include information such as what it is, when it will take place (date and time), where it will take place, how you will deliver it and who will be involved.
- How your event or activity links to the International Women’s Day 2026 theme of “Give to Gain”.
- What you will do to make your event or activity accessible and inclusive.
- If your event or activity will focus on, or seek to engage, underserved or marginalised women and girls. If so, which groups?
- How much funding you are applying for, and how you will spend it. (You are not expected to have any match funding, but if you do, you can tell us about it.)
Your short video (no more than 5 minutes long) should be uploaded to a video platform (like YouTube or Vimeo), or a cloud-based storage (like OneDrive or Google Drive).
Then paste a link to your video on our online form.
