Heads Up Wellbeing introduces a wide range of activities to promote wellbeing and a positive lifestyle. It helps to address common problems with low mood, stress and anxiety. Activities include photography, easy exercise, crafts, connecting with others, healthy eating and discussion.
Courses are delivered in our main centres as well as community venues and aim to encourage learning to help with mild to moderate mental health symptoms.
