Palatine Road / Princess Parkway
Blocking of the yellow box junction on Palatine Road prevents vehicles from Princess Parkway from exiting the slip road. This leads to tail backs on the Princess Parkway off-slip onto the main trunk road of the A5103 the main link between the City Centre and the M60, M56, M6 and Manchester Airport therefore having a major impact on the network and journey times at peak times. There have been 3 fatalities and serious injury collisions in this location in the past 5 years.
