Where you have already received a bill in your own name and have the Council Tax account number from this, you can
- check your balance
- view details of previous and current bills, reminders and summonses
- view your payments and discounts
- sign up for Direct Debit
- make a payment
- sign up for e-billing
- report a change of address
If you have just moved to a new address and haven't yet received a bill, you need to register for Council Tax first and wait for your bill to arrive. You can register for council tax here - choose 'I am not registered for eCitizen but would like to register for council tax at my new address'.
