The eCitizen website is for council tax, business rates, and benefits. It’s separate from other council services, so you’ll need a separate online account to use it.
When signing in for the first time, you'll be asked security questions. You'll need to get a copy of your council tax bill to answer some of these.
Just want a copy of your bill?
Only use eCitizen if you want to quickly check your balance and payments. If you want an actual copy of your bill, get a copy of your council tax bill instead.
