This policy provides guidance for the following:
- applicants applying for a drivers licence;
- existing licensed driver whose licence is being reviewed;
- licensing officers;
- members of the Licensing Committee, Panel or other relevant decision making body;
- magistrates hearing appeals against decisions we have made.
