Buying takes place at different levels within the organisation and we have a central corporate team that provides advice and support.
If you want to supply goods or services to us, contact either the Corporate Procurement Service procurement@manchester.gov.uk or the lead for your category of products or services.
Corporate Procurement Service
Deals with strategy and policy issues and procurement. They will arrange contracts for goods and services for use by all departments or projects. This team works in co-operation with the other groups listed here.

Capital Projects Group
Provides project management services to our projects and deals with major capital projects such as construction. Also uses external project management companies employed under a framework agreement.
