13. MCC Processes - Health and wellbeing
13.1 The School Nursing Service follows on from Health Visiting Services, which are provided for children age 0-5 and works with children, young people and their families so they take an active role in making healthy life choices. There is a designated school nurse for home educating families and parents can contact her for information and advice about both physical and mental health at mft.school-nursescme-ehe@nhs.net.
