Sports, leisure & the Arts Food

There are cafes at the stable block and the boathouse catered by Deep Beat Entertainment. They serve drinks and hot or cold food, such as salads, sandwiches, cakes and Heaton Park honey. Open 8am to 4pm every day.

The Hidden Gem cafe at Heaton Park Garden Centre serves coffee and teas with homemade organic cakes and pastries. Open 9.30am to 4.30pm every day.

The cafe at Heaton Park Golf Centre is open 8am to 4pm every day and is open to non-golfers too - there's even an indoor area to sit and eat lunch with your pooch! They serve breakfast baps, sandwiches, soup and burgers.

You can also bring your own picnic and find a spot in our beautiful park - all we ask is that you leave the space as you found it and dispose of all of your litter.

There is a strict no barbeque policy in the park: any BBQs will be extinguished by our park officers.
