Social services Care Leavers Community Hubs

If you’re a Manchester care leaver you’re always welcome at a Care Leavers Community Hub.

The Hubs are safe and relaxing spaces where you can:

  • Meet people - like other care leavers and professionals who work with young people
  • Check in and keep in touch - lets have a chat with a brew
  • Get expert advice on things like housing, money, and your health

We also want you to just pop in if you’re at a loose end – maybe play a game of pool? You’ll always find a friendly face and someone to chat to.

We currently run two drop-in hubs for care leavers and plan to open more.
