- you’ve paid too much
- it’s in the wrong name
- you think you should get a discount
- you want to appeal a decision about a discount.
Council tax bands
We don’t decide which band your home is in. The government does.
You can appeal your band on gov.uk.
Keep paying until it's sorted out
If you report a problem or appeal your band, you must still pay your bill until it's sorted out.
