Get previous council tax bills
Previous council tax bills are available through the eCitizen website. It’s separate from other council services, so you need a separate online account to use it.
When signing in for the first time, you'll be asked security questions. You'll need a copy of your bill to answer some of these. If you need to, request a copy of your most recent bill by email or post before you use eCitizen for the first time.
How to download previous bills in eCitizen
1. Login to eCitizen.
2. Scroll down the 'Top Tasks' page. Under 'Council Tax', select 'Show Details.'
3. The 'Bills & Correspondence' tab is to the right of 'Remaining balance breakdown'. On mobile, you will need to scroll right.
