Parks, leisure and the arts Rushford Park Conservation Area

Trees

Trees in Rushford Park are of paramount importance in creating the character of the conservation area, both in the pavements and more significantly in private gardens. Where garden trees become too large, or succumb to disease or undermine walls, the North Area Team should be contacted so that appropriate action can be agreed.

Anyone wishing to fell, prune or uproot a tree covered by a Tree Preservation Order or in a Conservation Area should seek permission first from us before undertaking any work to the tree.
