If you have lost a loved one and are feeling like you can't cope, please reach out for help. The Samaritans is a confidential listening service available 24 hours a day on 08457 909090 or call NHS Urgent Care on 111, or your GP.
There are many other organisations that can help if you have suffered bereavement.
