Surrender of Premises licence

  2. Summary

    If you wish to surrender your Premises Licence, you must give notice to us of your intention to do so.

    Any such notice must be accompanied by the Licence or, if this is not practicable, by a statement of the reasons for the failure to do so.

    The notification will be processed and a standard acknowledgement letter issued within 14 days of receipt.
