Market stalls - cancellation of occupancy or registration

You need to tell us if you want to cancel your registration, occupancy, storage or parking agreement with us.

You need to give a different amount of notice depending on the type of agreement you want to cancel. Your occupancy agreement will tell you what the correct amount of notice that applies to you.

The application will be processed with seven days.

We will contact you to discuss the next steps, which may include:

• the return of identity cards,
• the removal of market keys and equipment,
• the removal of goods, fixtures and fittings, and
• the payment of outstanding charges.
