    As outlined in the Department for Communities and Local Government Transparency Code.

    The dataset comprises the following fields;

    • Organisation Name,
    • Organisation Code,
    • Effective Date,
    • Total occasions fraud powers = the number of occasions Manchester City Council used powers under the Prevention of Social Housing Fraud (Power to require Information) (England) Regulations 2014, or similar powers,
    • Total Fraud employees count = the number of employees undertaking investigations and prosecutions of fraud,
    • FTE fraud employees count = the full time equivalent of the above employees,
    • Total fraud specialist count = the number of professionally accredited counter fraud specialists,
    • FTE fraud specialist count = the full time equivalent of the above fraud specialists,
    • Fraud spent amount = the amount spent by Manchester City Council on the investigation and prosecution of fraud,
    • Total investigated fraud = the number of fraud cases investigated.
