Second-hand Goods Sales

1. All goods offered for sale as second-hand must have been sold by retail on a previous occasion.
2. Before selling second-hand goods, you must register with the Council as a dealer in second-hand goods. Evidence of this must be provided to us:
   1. when completing our application process, and
   2. when any permission expires, and
   3. whenever we request.
3. You will not be able to sell second-hand goods where we do not have evidence of your valid registration.
