- Add a pedestrian ‘Zebra’ crossing on Charlestown Road, adjacent to Boggart Hole Clough Visitor Centre and children’s play area.
- Add SLOW markings on the road in both directions before the zebra crossing
- Lay high friction surfacing on each side of the carriageway approaching the Zebra crossing
