Notification of placement
If you decide to go ahead with the placement, you will need to complete our notification of placement form. Send the completed form via secure email to familyplacementola@manchester.gcsx.gov.uk

Placement changes and end
You must notify us about the end of a placement or any changes by filling in section 2 of the notification of placement form and emailing it back via secure email to familyplacementola@manchester.gcsx.gov.uk
