    Our information, advice and guidance (IAG) specialists help people move towards secure and meaningful work.

    Each person works with a qualified adviser to:

    • talk through what is getting in the way of work
    • agree clear and realistic next steps
    • create a simple action plan based on personal goals

    Support is ongoing.
    Advisers check progress regularly and help people find new options and opportunities as things change.


    Digital support for work

    People can use computers on site, with support from advisers.

    This helps to build confidence with digital tasks, including:

    • creating or updating a CV
    • searching for jobs online
    • completing online job applications

    Support is practical and paced to suit each person.


    Who this service supports

    The service is open to anyone aged 16 and over.

    Staff have experience supporting people with complex needs.
    Many team members also bring lived experience of disability or long‑term health conditions.

    Our approach is:

    • strengths‑based
    • trauma‑informed
    • focused on building confidence, routine, and self‑belief

    Employment is explored when each person feels ready.

    • Sessions run at different venues
