People and Communities Neighbourhood Board meetings

Why we're sharing this information

Pride in Place is about making positive changes that matter to local people.

We want residents to understand how decisions are made, who makes them, and how funding is used. Sharing this information helps us be open and accountable. It also helps build trust between the Neighbourhood Board and the community.

To keep residents informed, we regularly publish:

  • Details of who sits on the Board and how it works.
  • Profiles of Board members.
  • Information about how decisions are made, including voting arrangements.
  • Meeting papers before Board meetings take place.
  • Meeting minutes, including decisions made and any declared conflicts of interest.
  • Information on how capacity funding has been spent, including payments or expenses where relevant.
