The Authority Monitoring Report (formerly Annual Monitoring Report) reviews the progress in the implementation of the Local Plan.
For Manchester, the Local Plan includes:
- the Core Strategy 2012 and associated documents; and
- the Places for Everyone (PfE) Joint Development Plan 2024.
As the PfE is a joint document for nine GM Councils, a separate AMR has been prepared.
The 2025 AMRs are available to download.
Monitoring Reports have been produced since 2005. All reports produced from 2012 to 2024 are also available.
