  • Photographs of the studio set up for the treatment, these could include the following:

    • Wash hand basin with constant hot and cold running water suitably located with liquid hand soap and single use towels
    • Separate sink for washing equipment (where necessary)
    • Walls and floors need to be smooth and non-porous
    • Fully stocked first aid kit
    • Sufficient supply of cleaning equipment including mop/bucket and cleaning chemicals and extra mop heads
    • Treatment couches need to be wipeable
    • Work surface / work trolley set up with equipment needed for treatment
    • Foot operated waste bin
    • Sharps bin with a secure lid and within easy reach
    • Evidencing that the room is used solely for the treatment and only items needed for the treatment are in the room
