Change of details or loss

  1. Summary

    If you have lost your Personal Licence or the details on it have changed (such as your name or address) you must contact us for a replacement.

  2. Fees

    £10.50 payable online AFTER we have received the relevant forms from you.

  3. Attachments required

    Change of details

    To change the details on your personal licence, both the A4 paper and plastic card licences must be returned with a letter confirming the changes to:

    Premises Licensing,
    Growth and Development,
    Manchester City Council,
    Level 1 Town Hall Extension,
    Albert Square,
    PO Box 532,
    M60 2LA

    If the licences cannot be returned, please tell us why on the covering letter.

    Loss of licence

    Please email premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk to report your licence lost

  4. Processing and timescales

    Applications will be processed within 14 days.

  5. Register

    The electronic premises licensing register is currently unavailable. A copy of the register is available for inspection on request, please email premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk to make an appointment to view between 9am - 5pm at the Licensing Unit, Level 1, Town Hall Extension, Manchester M2 5DB.
