Surrender

  1. Summary

    If you wish to surrender your must notify us. You must also submit your certificate, if this is not practicable, you must state why.

  3. Application and guidance notes

    Apply to Surrender your club premises licence

  4. Attachments required

    You will need to attach a copy of your Club premises certificate within the on-line process.

  5. Processing and timescales

    The notification will be processed and a standard acknowledgement letter issued within 14 days of receipt.

  6. Validity and renewals

    The electronic premises licensing register is currently unavailable. A copy of the register is available for inspection on request, please email premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk to make an appointment to view between 9am - 5pm at the Licensing Unit, Level 1, Town Hall Extension, Manchester, M2 5DB.
