What are Fixed Penalty Notices
Fixed Penalty Notices (FPN) generally deal with offences such as litter, graffiti and dog fouling.
FPN's are issued as an alternative to a prosecution in court, details of the FPN's we issued and penalty charges can be found within the Environmental Crimes & Anti-Social Behaviour section.
FPN's can be issued to anyone over 10 years old.
