See an advisor: at our Customer Service Centre in the city centre. You need to make an appointment to do this. Please phone 0161 234 5002 between 8 am and 8 pm or fill in an online form to arrange an appointment. Or, you can call into the Customer Service Centre to make an appointment. It is open from 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. The Customer Service Centre is on the Ground Floor, Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, M60 2LA. Please use the Mount Street entrance to the Town Hall Extension.
