The easiest way to contact us is by emailing us at esu@manchester.gov.uk, please ensure that you include your name and address when emailing us. You can also submit your postal vote and proxy vote applications to us via email as an attachment, as well as copies of any evidence we have requested from you.
You can also email us to delete your current postal / proxy vote, inform us that either yourself or someone else has moved out of your property, or have any other questions about either registering to vote or upcoming elections in Manchester.
You can call us on 0161 234 1212 to find out if you are registered to vote or to request any application forms from us if you cannot download them from the website.
Forms can also be submitted to us by post. If you are sending any documents to by post, please ensure that they are copies and not the original document. This address is a postal address, so please do not try and hand deliver forms to our office.
