Homework

Manchester Libraries are committed to providing high quality educational resources and support for children and young people.

Children are made to feel welcome in Manchester Libraries and our relaxed, quiet and laid-back atmosphere provides the perfect environment for homework. Young people can use computers in libraries FOR FREE to access the internet for study, and staff working in the library will be able to help with finding information and resources.

In most of our libraries you will also find a 'Homework Help' collection of books for students of all ages and abilities. These include revision guides, encyclopaedias, past examination papers and workbooks. Each collection has been carefully selected to contain up-to-date and relevant stock for a wide range of subjects.

So whether you're revising for an upcoming exam or doing research for a school project, come to your local library for free friendly help and guidance!
