Information on licences, notifications, permits and registration
Licence not required
Legislation for certain activities has not been adopted by Manchester City Council and therefore a licence, notification, permit or registration for the following is not required:
- Registration of premises for the sale of goods by auction
- Licence premises for massage or other special treatments
- Massage or other special treatments therapist's licence
- Boat hire licence
- Busker's licence
- Caravan & camping site licence
- Street or pavement space for display
