Applications for premises to be approved as a venue for marriages in pursuance of section 26(1)(Bb) of The Marriage Act 1949 and civil partnerships in pursuance of section 6 (3a)(A) Of The Civil Partnerships Act 2004.

Any person may give notice in writing of an objection to the grant of approval of such application, with reasons for the objection within 21 days from the date of publication for the relevant application. Such notice of objection should be sent to the Registration Office at Heron House, 47 Lloyd Street, Manchester M2 5LE, and will be made known to the applicant.
